How to get started?

1. If you haven't created an Auphonic account yet, create one!
2. After you are able to log-in, click on "Sign Up Here".
3. Follow the affiliate registration process
4. Last but not least it is necessary to create an account at our affiliate program partner FastSpring. Why we explain in our FAQs at "What exactly is FastSpring and why do I need it?".

What counts as a sale?

Any payment made by a user assigned to you counts as a sale. That includes:

• One-time credit purchases
• Monthly subscriptions

What if someone registers, but does not purchase?

When someone signs up for free through your affiliate link, their account will be assigned to your affiliate account and all future purchases will be linked to you if they make a purchase within the next two years.

Is it possible to refer an existing user?

YES! The Auphonic affiliate program also offers the possibility to profit from the future purchases of existing freemium users, as long as no purchase has been made before.

What if a user cancels and then resubscribes?

If a user cancels his subscription, you will no longer receive commissions. When he subscribes again later, you will be paid again, assuming this happens within two years of the original affiliate assignment.

How will I get paid?

Withdrawals are made twice a month as long as your account balance is above the minimum withdrawal limit of $100. Changing this limit is unfortunately not possible due to our current payment provider. Should it change in the future, we will of course inform you.
If the withdrawal limit of $100 is not reached, unfortunately, a withdrawal is possible only with the closing of the affiliate account. We ask you to contact us in advance so that we can grant a withdrawal.

How long do affiliate cookies last?

Cookies, which are used to identify referred users, are stored on the user's device for 30 days. This means that if a registration is made on the same device within 30 days, this user will be assigned to you.

What would happen if someone clicked a different affiliate link after clicking mine?

When a visitor clicks multiple affiliate links before creating an account, the last affiliate link clicked by the user is used to determine which affiliate receives the credit.

What exactly is FastSpring and why do I need it?

After your afffiliate registration you will need to create a FastSpring Payee account. With your affiliate program partner FastSpring you will be able to access your affiliate dashboard, view your sales and add your payout bank account. You already have a FastSpring Payee account? LOGIN HERE
