As we have described last week in Chapter Marks for MP3, MP4 Audio and Vorbis Comment, chapter marks are a great way to make your podcasts more informative and searchable. But while chapters are incredibly convenient for listeners to have, they are also a lot of work for producers to create!

In case you have not noticed already, Auphonic now supports Amazon S3 and Archive.org as external services. Archive.org, also known as the 'Internet Archive', is a great service for publicly hosting audio and video files for free. Have you ever wondered how loud your audio productions should be? So have we, because it's a quite tricky question to answer!

We are happy to launch Auphonic for iOS today. With the Auphonic Mobile App you can record audio or video and upload it to the Auphonic servers for post production. It further allows you to view, edit and manage your productions, presets and mobile recordings.
You can download the App from the Apple App Store.
