Auphonic develops intelligent audio algorithms using a combination of AI and signal processing to create an automatic audio post production web service — an audio autopilot for podcasts, broadcasters, radio, interviews, audiobooks, lecture recordings, and more.
Hundreds of thousands of users rely on our services and algorithms, which adapt to new data daily. That is why we continually seek new talents to join our team and improve our solutions.

You will take a leading role in identifying and winning clients from big and small tech companies, in experimenting with growth marketing strategies and executing digital campaigns. As a great communicator, you develop and work on an effective social media strategy and present Auphonic in customer calls and live at conferences.

Your tasks:

  • Business Development: support in setting up strategic partnerships and winning clients from big and small tech companies
  • Growth Marketing: experiment with growth hacking strategies and execute digital campaigns
  • Develop and work on an effective social media strategy (Twitter/X, Mastodon, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Presentation of Auphonic in customer calls, live at conferences, etc.

Your profile:

  • Passion for podcasts, audio engineering, and technology
  • Good communication and excellent English and German skills
  • A business degree or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Familiarity with Google AdWords and proficiency in crafting social media campaigns
  • You have an entrepreneurial can-do attitude and are able to take a leading role in our corporate development projects

We offer:

  • Part-time (>= 30h/week) or full-time (38.5h/week) employment, see IT Collective Agreement
  • € 40.000 gross per year (full-time) or more, depending on your qualifications and experience
  • Work in our office in Graz, home office possible
  • Flexible time management for a healthy work-life balance (no all-in contracts, no overtime)
