Many of you have been processing your podcasts, radio shows and videos with Auphonic for years. Loyalty Rewards is our way of saying thank you: the longer you keep your Recurring Credits subscription, the more hours you get each month, at no extra cost.
Your production needs grow with you. Maybe you launch another show, take on client work, or start publishing more episodes each week, and when that happens, we’d love for Auphonic to keep up.
You’ve stuck with us, and that means a lot. So the longer you’re here, the more bonus credits you get each month: a little boost at 6 months, more at 12, and even more at 24. There’s nothing you need to do. Your plan and price stay the same, and your level comes with you if you switch plans (it only resets if you cancel).
How It Works
Your subscription unlocks more credits after 6, 12 and 24 months of continuous use.
- Subscribe: Every Recurring Credits plan (Auphonic S to XXL) takes part automatically.
- Stay subscribed: We count every month of your subscription without interruption.
- Get more hours: At 6, 12 and 24 months you reach a new Loyalty Level. From your next monthly credit reset on, your credits are reset to the higher amount.

Why Loyalty Rewards?
Auphonic has been independent and user-funded since the beginning. Your subscriptions pay for our servers, our algorithm research and our team in Graz. Instead of discounts for new customers only, we want to reward the people who have been with us the longest. Your podcast or show grows over time, and your Auphonic plan should grow with it.

It's our way of saying thank you for staying with Auphonic. The longer you keep an active subscription, the more monthly credits you get – on the same plan, at the same price. Your bonus credits unlock automatically after 6, 12, and 24 months of continuous use.

There's nothing to sign up for. Every active subscriber is automatically enrolled, and your Loyalty Level advances on its own as your subscription keeps running. You don't need to click anything or contact us.

There are three levels, based on how long you've been continuously subscribed:
- Level 1 – after 6 months
- Level 2 – after 12 months
- Level 3 – after 24 months

All recurring Auphonic subscriptions (S, M, L, XL, and XXL) earn Loyalty Rewards, whether you're billed monthly or yearly. One-time credit purchases and Auto-Renew One-Time Credits don't count toward your Loyalty Level.

Your bonus credits are added to your regular monthly credits at the first monthly credit reset after you cross the 6-, 12-, and 24-month marks. From then on, each monthly credit reset includes the higher amount for your level.

Yes! Your Loyalty Level is based on how long you've been subscribed, not on which plan you're on. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime and keep your level – the bonus simply adjusts to match your new plan.

If you cancel your subscription, your Loyalty Level resets, and you'd start building it up again from scratch if you resubscribe later. If your subscription was cancelled due to a billing error or other unforeseen circumstance, we allow a two week period to resubscribe and keep your old Loyalty Level.

Your current level is shown on your account settings page, under “Loyalty Rewards”.

Level 3, unlocked after 24 months, is the top level and gives you the maximum monthly bonus for your plan. Once you reach it, you'll keep enjoying those bonus credits for as long as your subscription stays active.
